Does it hurt?
In short, yes. Everyone has their own level of pain tolerance, and that tolerance may change from day to day. Your artist will be able to advise you on which areas are more painful, but generally, there will be some level of discomfort regardless of where you place your tattoo. If it didn't hurt, everyone would have a tattoo!
How do I take care of my new tattoo?
Your artist may give you special aftercare advice depending on your individual needs. However, our Aftercare page has a general list of aftercare instructions which will help you properly care for your new tattoo.
Is it safe?
Yes. Our artists use only single use needles and dispose of all barriers and protective equipment after each tattoo. Where appropriate, we sterilize all other equipment in self-sealing medical pouches using high pressure steam to eliminate the risk of infection.
